You can enter text in the sales order or quote with 2 different methods.  You can use wrapped text (paragraph form) - one column in excel for the entire paragraph or add text by line item - one column in excel per line of text.

1.  If you want your text to go into the sales order wrapped (i.e. paragraph form and want to map to one column in excel).  You can enter the text in the white box provide below.  Also use the black arrow keys at the bottom to move to a different text box.  (Do not double click on the text boxes during a recording).  To use this method to add text you must use non-batch with SAP controls mode and you can't use this inside loops.  Inside the mapper you will need to click on the long text icon at the top right to see the mapper for the long text.  Usually you will see each text box mapped twice.  Map to the second line of each text and disable the first line of text for each text box you add long text.

2.  If you want to map text by line then you need to go to the change editor.  First click on the details icon at the bottom of the above screen (looks like magnified glass) then navigate thru the menu Goto --> Change Editor.  Once in this screen (See below) enter for as many line as you want then go back to the lines and enter in the text for each line you want to map (max. 72 characters/line).  Do not hit enter while entering the text - this will keep all the text in once screen (keeps the mapping cleaner).  See screen shot below.  You can you batch and non-batch with SAP controls for this method.  This type of text will show up in the main body of the mapper and can be used inside loops.

Even though I had created one previously, this is a very good post and showed me some ways to make mine more efficient.
    Thanks
