FB50 / FB60 - Cross Company Code Journal Posting - Capturing Document Numbers

When you run an FB50 transaction and it is cross company codes, the log column of transactionSHUTTLE / runSHUTTLE does not capture the multiple document numbers that are generated. In order to capture these numbers, you will have to download them from the last pop-up screen that shows the document numbers. Add the fields manually to the last screen in the expert tab of the mapper and map these fields to be download to your excel/access. The fields are listed below:

Cross-Co. Code No. BKPF-BVORG

Doc. No. 1 BKPF-BELNR(01)

Doc. No. 2 BKPF-BELNR(02)
